Monstercub, alias Hunter Scott, is one of the greatest when it comes to unique, high-quality bear content.Hunter has been modeling, performing, creating, producing, directing, and cooperating with well-known bear companies for several years.

I had tried when I was 19 but the companies I applied to either didn't respond or said I wasn't on brand ie "too big". It wasn't until I moved to Fort Lauderdale that I ran into some producers from BearFilms and Pantheon in 2012.
8 years almost to the day.
I was a guest bartender for an event here in fort Lauderdale and the bar manager made a Facebook promo referring to me as a "300 pound Monster Cub who's loads of fun"
I went by Gunner Scott when I filmed with BearFilms but now I go by Hunter so it's less confusing.
I was very nervous. My scene partner was HIV positive and at that point in my life I had never knowingly had sex with someone undetectable. But once he started sucking my cock, I calmed down.
I was put on the back burner by studios after doing some great scenes. It wasn't bad blood, just that logistics didn't work out for filming as much as I thought. So I decided to start making my own stuff.

You need to be flexible, patient, and professional. But also need to have at least 2 or 3 physical attributes that you can sell your image on whether that's a big dick, bubble butt, big muscles, or an epic beard as examples.
Flakes and Fakes. Nothing is more aggravating that putting together a scene and one of the models pulls a no call no show or they show up looking nothing like they did when they auditioned.

We continue to grow. I'm hoping I can do some filming internationally again once the pandemic calms down. We are working on merchandising and live shows. And I am trying to sponsor other big bear events.
Typically filming consists of myself as either Director or actor, a camera person, any costars, and if applicable the home owner if we are on location.
We start with paperwork and promo photos. Next we film the b-side or story, and then we shoot the actual sex.
Then I upload all the videos and pictures to my laptop and edit everything before submitting it for release where I have a second or third set of eyes check over everything before we release it to the public.

I was 20. At the time I was a problem drinker. After a car accident almost left me paralyzed I decided life was too short and I needed to be true to myself. So I came out.
When I first visited Fort Lauderdale. I went to Bill's Filling station and it was packed elbow to elbow with all kinds of bears and hot men. I think that's when I found my tribe.
My first Bear event was Tidal Wave/ Gay Days 2013 in Orlando. It was a lot of fun with a lot of guys. Bear pool parties. Going to Disney in groups. And meeting people from all over the world.
Well, body positivity and being health conscious are the more current positive traits in our community.
Actually being more inclusive; racism, transphobia, and classist behavior are still pretty prevalent in the bear community. In our need to be more inclusive, the bear community has drawn in some shitty people who drag in toxic behavior from their previous tribes.
